Ophelia Model Management was founded in 2020 by Eden Fletcher and Karina Curto with the vision of discovering and developing exceptional talent while providing the guidance and protection new models need when entering the fashion industry.
Only a few weeks after opening the agency, they welcomed Luke Hayden as a third partner, helping to expand the agency’s global reach and development strategy.
Today, Eden Fletcher and Luke Hayden own and operate Ophelia Model Management, continuing to guide the agency with a personal, long-term approach while developing talent and securing placements with some of the top modeling agencies around the world.
Our job as a mother agency is:
Connect models with photographers and creative teams to develop and build strong, professional portfolios.
Prepare models for what to expect once they are placed with a modeling agency, including the standards and opportunities of the industry.
Mentor and manage models throughout their careers in fashion, providing guidance, support, and long-term development.
